Dalin Development History
2008: Foundation & Vision
Guangdong Dalin Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd was established in Dongguan, China, covering an area of 50,000 square meters. From day one, our mission was clear: to become a leading enterprise in the commercial dishwasher and kitchen equipment industry through strong technical expertise and complete production capabilities.
2009-2012: Building the Foundation
We invested in our first advanced production lines, including laser cutting machines and precision bending equipment. During this period, we established our core quality control processes, from raw material inspection to finished product testing. Our initial product lines focused on essential commercial cooking equipment, serving local restaurants and canteens.
2013-2015: Technical Excellence & Certification
A pivotal period for Dalin. We achieved CE, RoHS, and ISO9001 certifications, validating our commitment to international quality and safety standards. Our R&D team expanded significantly, enabling us to develop more sophisticated products including our first full line of commercial dishwashers. This period marked our transition from a local manufacturer to a quality-certified exporter.
2016-2018: Global Expansion
Our products began reaching customers worldwide. We successfully entered demanding markets including Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The establishment of our experienced product development team allowed us to offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services, helping global distributor customers build their own brands with our manufacturing expertise.
2019-2021: Comprehensive Solutions Provider
We evolved beyond equipment manufacturing to become a one-stop kitchen solutions provider. Our product portfolio expanded to include pressure fryers, fast food equipment, undercounter dishwashers, hood type dishwashers, rack conveyor dishwashers, induction cookers, griddles, multi-functional steam ovens, and automatic cookers. We began serving larger clients including hotels, resorts, and institutional canteens with complete kitchen packages.
2022-2024: Deepening Partnerships & Brand Building
With nearly two decades of experience, we strengthened our position as a trusted partner for international hotel chains and food service operators. Our factory now features the most advanced manufacturing capabilities, and our quality control processes have become industry benchmarks.
